Here is a wonderful spin on a traditional brownie. All you need is 2 things — Brownie mix and Marshmallows! I always have brownie mix and marshmallows in my stockpile to make for guests or parties.
For this brownie all you need to do is make the brownie mix according to package directions and divide among greased muffin cups. Set oven to 350 degrees. Then put 1 large marshmallow or 4 mini marshmallows into each muffin cup. Push it all the way down so the marshmallow is covered by brownie mixture. Then bake for 20 – 22 minutes. Let cool and then enjoy!
