This cookie is the most requested by friends and family. If only everyone knew how simple they are to make. This cookie has a nice crunchy outside but a very moist center. These cookies travel well in a container and I make them every year for a teacher gift from my son for the Holiday party at school.
I will be attending the Mixed Conference at the end of this month and am very excited about it. OXO is a sponsor for the conference and they are having a cookie bake off for a charity called Cookies for Kid’s Cancer. It was founded by two of their employees for their 2 year old. Please visit www.oxogoodcookies.com for more information on this wonderful charity.
