How to save money in the New Year :: Do You Make Resolutions?

Do you have a New Year Resolution this year? Is it to lose weight, start exercising, save money? The New Year always brings change to mind for me. After all of the Christmas bills and end of the year expenses like taxes and home owners memberships are due, this is the time to really look at your budget and re-evaluate spending.

Using coupons and stockpiling is a great way to get your spending under control. Right now is a great time to start or to rededicate yourself if you have fallen off the coupon wagon. I suggest that you Create a Family Budget to get on Track with your Spending. If you don’t know what you are spending then it is really difficult to save.

Another great way to save money is by Stockpiling For The Holidays.  I have already started shopping for Christmas 2013.  By shopping all year long you can really save money and spread your spending out over the course of the year.

If you want to learn how to stockpile check out our Stockpiling 101 Series. It is a great way to get started.  We also have 7 days of Stockpiling Series to check out too!  So what is your New Year Resolution this year?  Do you make them?  Keep them?  I would love to hear!
