Corn Dog Muffins are so easy to make! My boys love corn dogs but I don’t like buying them at the store because they are so expensive. This was cheaper to make and my boys gave it 2 thumbs up!

All you need is 3 hot dogs sliced and a box of Jiffy prepared according to directions.

Ingredients
  • 1 box Jiffy, prepared
  • 3 hot dogs, each one sliced into thirds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease muffin tin.
  3. Fill each muffin tin halfway.
  4. Place hot dog in each one.
  5. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm.
Notes
Makes 8- 10 muffins.

    ive made something like this before but i think i just poored it all into a big pan. i love them but my husband isn’t a fan of it so i haven’t made it in a few years. i guess he likes them fried!
