I love salami rolls! They are perfect for a snack, appetizer or on the go. In the summertime I make the rolls to take to the pool to munch on for lunch. They also make great road trip food
The picture above shows the salami rolls I made for Melissa and I when we went to Mixed Conference in December.
If you use Hormel Natural Choice Salami when making these rolls it is gluten free. You can use previously frozen creme cheese too! Check this post on how to freeze creme cheese.
When making these rolls how much salami or cream cheese you will need depends on how much you will be making.

- salami (I like mine sliced thin)
- cream cheese
- Spread ½ to 1 teaspoon on salami.
- Pick one end of salami and roll across.
- Place on tray or in container.
