I love salami rolls! They are perfect for a snack, appetizer or on the go. In the summertime I make the rolls to take to the pool to munch on for lunch. They also make great road trip food The picture above shows the salami rolls I made for Melissa and I when we went to Mixed Conference in December.
When making these rolls how much salami or cream cheese you will need depends on how much you will be making.

- salami (I like mine sliced thin)
- cream cheese
- Spread ½ to 1 teaspoon on salami.
- Pick one end of salami and roll across.
- Place on tray or in container.
