One of my all time favorite breakfast recipes is Strawberry Oatmeal which only requires 4 ingredients! I love, love, love strawberries and oatmeal. My favorite fruit to have and I love to eat oatmeal at least once or twice a week for breakfast. This is a great way to add some fruit to plain oatmeal and make it taste different. Tip: Stock up on strawberries when they are on sale, flash freeze them and then you can use them for this recipe frozen right out of the freezer.

- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a microwavable bowl.
- Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Remove from microwave and stir.
- Let cool for 1 minute and serve.
