I shared with you my first visit to Yesterday’s Cafe and Tea Room with my Mom. My Best Friend Sister, Denise who is also gluten free came to town for an overnight visit so of course I figured out a way to squeeze in a trip to Yesterday’s. I made the reservation a week in advance and I am not sure if that helped but we were THRILLED with the variety of gluten free menu options!
When we walked in they offered us a sample of Chi Tea and made sure to mention it was gluten free. Not pictured was a cup of Porcini Mushroom Soup that was AMAZING! As you can see pictured above we ordered the lunch tea and were were thrilled! Our chicken salad (which is amazing) was served on gluten free bread and they even had a tortilla roll that we could eat too!
The salad was amazing made with homemade dressing was also gluten free and just a small amount of delicious mashed potatoes really filled us up! Denise saved room for a gluten free cookie for dessert and I did eat one bite and it was delicious too. Visit Yesterday’s Cafe and Tea Room for more details.
If you are gluten free or vegan I urge you to visit Yesterday’s Cafe and Tea Room. You will not regret it! Prices for tea breads and muffins are $2.25 and up and prices for soup start at around $3.00. I will be going back for sure!
