Crockpot Sprite Roast

Crockpot Sprite Roast

Can’t beat this recipe when all you need is Sprite and a Roast with a sprinkle of salt and pepper! Crockpot Sprite Roast is so moist, fork tender and tasty. My whole family was in love with this roast. I loved the fact that it was simple as can be. All I did was place the roast in the crockpot, add Sprite then sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Place the lid on and dinner was ready 8 hours later. I served my roast with peas and  Secret Ingredient Mashed Potatoes.

The recipe calls for a pork roast but the pictures of the roast in the crock pot and the shredded one sure does look like a beef roast. Is it?
