Easy Grilled Salmon Wrap is simple and can be taken on the go. Easy Grilled Salmon Wrap is perfect for lunch or dinner. All you need is four ingredients Gorton’s Grilled Salmon, tortilla, 1/2 of a lemon, lettuce and black pepper.

Easy Grilled Salmon Wrap

  • 1 Gorton's Grilled Salmon Fillet
  • ½ lemon, sliced and deseeded
  • 1 soft tortilla
  • shredded lettuce
  • black pepper (optional)
  1. Place fillet, seasoned side up, on microwavable plate and cover loosely with a paper towel.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4½ minutes.
  3. Rotate plate halfway through cooking.
  4. Place tortilla on plate.
  5. Add shredded lettuce on top of tortilla - I used ½ cup.
  6. With a fork cut salmon into pieces.
  7. Arrange the salmon pieces on top of the lettuce.
  8. Sprinkle black pepper over salmon pieces if desired.
  9. Use lemon wedges and squeeze lemon juice over top of salmon.
  10. I use all of the lemon but you can adjust to your taste.
  11. Roll tortilla up and tuck ends in as you roll.
  12. Enjoy your wrap.

    I haven’t tried Gorton’s Salmon fillets yet – they look good. I actually have a WHOLE LOT of salmon in my freezer from a fishing trip to Michigan in September.
    I love the idea of a salmon wrap, yummy and delish!

    I haven’t tried the Gorton’s salmon fillets but I love salmon and this is sure seems easy enough to make. A little lemon, and some garlic, salt and pepper and I’d be all set! Thanks for the post about Easy Grilled Salmon Wrap; I’ve already pinned it as a reminder and to share!
