I am confused about the new krogers guidelines- how is the cake mix free if they are not doubling cpns anymore?
This starts on 3/1/13 for us.
Still wondering is the no doubling nationwide or devision discretion?
it does not go in effect until march 1st was just there today
It is only in Cincinnati/Dayton/NKY Division right now.

Kroger’s in Dallas & Tarrant counties have not doubled or tripled coupons in well over a year.

I just read that the upcoming mega sale will be different. I read that some way the sale items have to be loaded to your card and we can’t use manufacters coupons on the mega items. Also there are limits to what you can get? I was wondering if the stockpiling moms knew anything about if this is true. I am hoping it isn’t but I read it on We Use Coupons any thoughts.
