Carrots are a high fiber vegetable. To add extra fiber to your diet, shred carrots onto your salad or add shredded carrots to sloppy joes or your favorite casserole dish.
Replace a cookie or brownie with a piece of fruit for dessert — an easy and nutritious way to add fiber to your diet.
To add more fiber, cook with brown rice instead of white.
No I don’t think I get enough on a daily basis. I’d love to try Vanilla Blueberry.
