Valentine Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- powder sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix together cake mix, oil, water and egg.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
- If desired roll dough balls in powder sugar.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on cookie rack and then serve.
Notes
You can use sugar in place of powdered sugar if desired.
