This is such an easy cookie to make for Valentine’s Day or parties! Every year for my children’s classroom Valentine’s party I bring these in. They are always a big hit with the kids at school. Valentine Strawberry Cookies are made from a box of Strawberry Cake mix and 4 other ingredients! You will love how easy they are to make, but beware that they won’t last long on your counter

- 1 box Strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup water
- ? cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Then roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
