Banana Coconut Smoothie

So refreshing beverage to start your morning!

Banana Coconut Smoothie is a very refreshing beverage to start your morning. I had some bananas that were getting pretty ripe so I cut them into pieces and froze them so I could use them for smoothies or milkshakes. I love bananas and I try to eat one a day so having it in my smoothie was great. 4 ingredients is all you need to make this delicious Banana Coconut Smoothie.

Did you know you can freeze bananas?  That is a great tip for over ripe bananas or bananas that you find on managers special.

Thanks for sharing on Wholefood Blender Party. Coconut and banana are a great combination – I made something very similar, and then churned it in an ice cream maker for a scrumptious treat!
