I had some bananas that were getting pretty ripe so I cut them into pieces and froze them so I could use them for smoothies or milkshakes. I love bananas and I try to eat one a day so having it in my smoothie was great. 4 ingredients is all you need to make this delicious Banana Coconut Smoothie.

This smoothie is wonderful to start your morning with.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen banana pieces or 1 cup fresh banana pices
  • 15 oz coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until mixed well.
  3. Pour into cup and serve right away.

Notes
You can adjust the amount of honey and cinnamon used to your taste liking.
