How do I use Essential Oils? I have had many requests asking specifically how I am using essential oils so I have decided to share that with you. I shared with you how essential oils changed my life and I thought you may like to see the daily regimen that I am following. I started out with 5 oils daily and now I am up to 10+ oils daily. I can honestly tell you that as a result I feel better than I have in YEARS! I mean even better than my 20′s I have more energy, I am sleeping better and I am headache and anxiety free.
I suffer with anxiety and these oils have made such a difference for me. I have suffered with anxiety for almost 20 years and have never found anything to help me with it like the oils do. I have not had an anxiety attack since I started using them on a daily basis. For me the quality of my life has increased 10 fold and I am thrilled with the benefits. In addition I suffer with headaches and migraines and the oils have changed me using OTC or prescription medication to help with the pain.

Here is my daily essential oils regimen:
Wake Up: Take 2 drops of Frankincense and 5 drops of Slim and Sassy in a shot class with 1 TBSP of water. I am using the Frankincense for anxiety/depression, headache prevention and cancer prevention. I am using Slim and Sassy for appetite control and energy.
Breakfast: 2 drops of lemon/lime or wild orange oil in my green smoothie – takes the “bite” out of the greens and makes your green smoothie taste delicious!
1 drop of Ylang Ylang – as my perfume – it is both an anti-depressant and to reduce anxiety.
Lunch: 5 drops of Slim and Sassy in a shot glass of water with 1 TBSP of water.
Afternoon: 5 drops of Slim and Sassy in a shot glass of water with 1 TBSP of water and peppermint oil on my neck. This is for headache prevention and really gives me an overall sense of alertness and energy.
Bedtime: 1 drop of lavender (also on my son every night) and 1 drop of whisper on my foot – helps me drift off to sleep and shut my mind down. Whisper also gives me a general feeling of comfort and helps with anxiety and sleep.
Remedies That I Use When Necessary:
Allergy Remedy: 2 drops of lemon/peppermint/lavender oil (repeat 3 times per day or as necessary)
Congestion: 1 drop of breath on my foot
Migraine Remedy: 1 drop of Frankincense on the roof of my mouth, peppermint on temples and Ylang Ylang on my wrist (Ylang Ylang is optional).
Acne: Geranium or Melaleuca as a spot treatment
Sore Muscles/Body Aches and Pains: Deep Blue Oil and Rub – this is amazing!
Household Cleaning: Melaleuca or Lemon Oil
