Grapefruit Water is delightful for those who love grapefruit. Drinking and eating grapefruit helps in aiding in weight loss and kick starting your metabolism. I will definitely be making this water to take to the pool with me this summer! I like to prepare mine the night before. You can refill your jar all day too!

Refreshing and full of taste!
- 1 red grapefruit, sliced
- 24 oz water
- Put grapefruit slices into a 32oz mason jar.
- Fill with water.
- Put lid on and put in fridge overnight or at least 30 minutes prior to drinking.
You can refill water throughout day and let sit 30 minutes for the water to infuse the fruit. At the end of the day you can either eat the fruit or toss out.
