Cantaloupe Strawberry Water is my youngest son’s favorite water to drink. He’s only 3 years old and asks for this every single day. I can’t resist making it for him because it’s a lot better than sugar filled juice! Plus when he gets done drinking it he eats the fruit 🙂 You can prepare these the night before and the flavors have a chance to really penetrate the water. I normally refill my jar throughout the day too!

Cantaloupe Strawberry Water
This infused water is super sweet and delicious!
- 4-6 strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 of a cantaloupe, diced
- 24 oz water
- 32 oz mason jar
- Place fruit in mason jar.
- Fill mason jar with 24 oz cold water.
- Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes; then enjoy!
You can refill several times through out the day. Just be sure to let it sit for at least 30 minutes so the fruit can be infused into the water.
