She loves to make her own guacamole because she loves making it fresh. She likes to serve it on a rice cake or with tortilla chips. I like making guacamole for my burritos and fajitas. - 2 avocados
- ½ clove of garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 drops lemon or lime essential oil (or 1 tsp fresh juice)
- salt to taste
- Mash avocados in bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy!
