If you love Margarita's you are going to love this cake! Perfect for any occasion! #cincodemayo #TasteofMexico

My friend Carrie made this Margarita Cake for me this summer when we went to see Jimmy Buffet in concert.  I think this cake would be perfect for Cinco de Mayo too!  It can be made either gluten free or traditionally.  We have included modifications for both.

I was thrilled that after my recent open heart surgery that she made it for me again! My Mom, who is also gluten free and I enjoyed it too! Tim also loves it and honestly you would never know it is gluten free! It is so moist and delicious. You can serve with Homemade Whipped Cream (or store bought) if you want!
