Strawberry Creme Smoothie is a great make a head breakfast for on the go!

Strawberry Cream Smoothie is a great way to start your morning! This Smoothie is so refreshing and good for you. I love to make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast or after a workout.  Smoothies are also great for that mid afternoon snack time!  I often make one before I head to school to pick up Peyton.  This smoothie is so delicious that sometimes I substitute it as a dessert too!  The protein in the yogurt helps fill me up.  It is naturally gluten free (just be sure to use a gluten free yogurt).

I love to freeze ingredients for my smoothies!  It saves me time and money!

Simple and easy smoothie to make!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 16 oz coconut milk
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.
  2. Mix until smooth or your desired consistency.
  3. Pour in cup and enjoy!
