Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan

We are sharing our Weekly Menu Plan with you.  It’s Heart Healthy Week here at Stockpiling Moms in honor of February being Heart Health Month! Melissa is a Heart Warrior and we love that she eats healthy each and everyday to keep her heart working to it’s best!

Enjoy our menu planning ideas.  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly. We are participating with Orgjunkie.com.

Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday - Chicken Avocado Spinach Salad and for dessert Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cool Whip Treat

Tuesday - Crockpot Honey Rosemary Chicken and Roasted Broccoli

Wednesday - Low Fat Chicken Enchiladas and Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini

Thursday – Country Bob’s Baked Pork Chops and Sauteed Black Beans

Friday – Flounder with Spinach and Peppers along with Fruit Salad for dessert

Saturday – Grilled Chicken with  Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

SundaySkinny “Fried” Parmesan Chicken, Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potato Fries
