Lavender is relaxing while Basil is a refreshing and stimulating scent, leaving you calm and energized all at once.
From the aromatherapy aspect to the moisturizing benefit of the coconut oil you will reach for this homemade bath soak time after time. Epsom salt and baking soda are often used in bath soaks as a detox, they are fantastic for soothing sore muscles, and to flush out toxins.

10-15 drops Lavender Essential Oil
8-10 drops Basil Essential Oil
2 Tbsp. Dried Lavender flowers
½ cup Baking soda
2 cups Epsom Salts
½ cup Cornstarch
3 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until thoroughly mixed, working the coconut oil carefully throughout mixture.
Transfer to an airtight container.
To use: Pour about ¼ cup of bath soak under running water.
Soak in warm water for at least 20 minutes to get the full effects.
