This scrumptious Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops Recipe recipe is also a great freezer meal! I prepared this meal in an afternoon when doing twenty crockpot freezer meals for my family’s dinners. - 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can pineapple chunks, do not drain juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
- Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
- Place in freezer.
- To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Dump bag in slow cooker.
- Place lid on.
- Cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
