In the summertime I love having a refreshing Strawberry Banana Milk Shake. I used to love going to my local UDF store to get one, but once I learned how many calories were in them and the cost of them, I decided to make my own at home. I use four simple ingredients and within a few minutes I can be sipping on a delicious Strawberry Banana Milk Shake.
In a blender I combine a banana, frozen strawberries, vanilla ice cream and almond milk. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and then pour into a glass to enjoy! It really is that simple. - 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup almond milk (more or less depending on thickness you like)
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour in glass and enjoy!
