Slow Cooker Peppermint Candy is super easy to make and perfect for the holidays! This is a super easy crockpot dessert that you can make last minute for any holiday party. You only need three ingredients which makes this recipe right up my ally, especially during the holidays. All you need is (1) 24 ounce White Chocolate Bark, 6 candy canes, crushed
and 4 drops almond extract. That is it!
To prepare simply place the chocolate bark in a lightly greased 4 QT slow cooker (or you can use a crockpot liner). Melt the chocolate bark on low for 1 hour or until melted. Turn off the slow cooker and stir in crushed candy canes. Scoop into small muffin liners. Chill until hardened. What I like about this method versus the stove top is that you don’t have to worry about burning or scorching your chocolate. It is fail proof! Plus no dipping! Just scoop out and make your candy shape by the shape of the muffin cups! I personally love the colorful mini size. You can often pick these up after the season for pennies to use the next year!
