I love to make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast or after a workout. Smoothies are also great for that mid afternoon snack time! I often make one before I head to school to pick up the boys from extra curricular activities. This strawberry banana almond smoothie is also naturally gluten free!

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 8 oz almond milk
- Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.
- Mix until smooth or your desired consistency.
- Pour in cup and enjoy!
