I was able to try three of the new LUNA Protein bars in Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough and Mint Chocolate Chip.  I am honestly NOT a fan of Mint and I didn’t think I would like it but I really did.  It was a light mint flavor and not overpowering.  The Chocolate Peanut Butter ended up being my favorite though.  What I like is that it is more than a traditional snack.  With the added protein my blood sugar didn’t crash an hour after eating it and I was actually able to make it to the next meal or snack without feeling deprived.  Of course bet of all for me – they are Gluten Free!
