We have a new addition to our Menu Plan that everyone loves at our house. It is Create your own potato bar night! I bake potatoes and then we use a variety of toppings to create our own potato bar.

Since I found out that I am gluten free this has been a big help to our menu plan and it is also an easy addition too! I love that everyone enjoys it and you can use leftovers easily as well as everyone is happy because they get to create their own.

Some toppings that we like include:

Bacon
Ham
Cheese
Grilled Chicken
Roast Beef
Chili
Grilled Veggies
Steamed Broccoli
Sour Cream
Butter
Country Bobs
Black Olives
Tomatoes

Do you have any baked potato favorites? I would love to add them to the list!
