<li class="ingredient">1 small sweet red pepper, chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup chopped green pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 green onion, chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend</li>
<li class="ingredient">Sour cream, optional</li>

<li class="instruction">In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lime juice, 2 tablespoons oil and garlic. Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and discard marinade. In a large skillet, saute chicken in remaining oil until no longer pink.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan; spread with salsa to within 1/2 in. of edges. Layer with chicken, peppers, onion and cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream if desired.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2 cups cold milk</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 pint fresh blueberries</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 quart fresh strawberries, quartered</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes</li>

<li class="instruction">In two small bowls, combine each gelatin flavor with 1 cup boiling water. Stir 1/2 cup cold water into each. Pour each into an ungreased 9-in. square pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.</li>
<li class="instruction">Set aside 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup strawberries for garnish. Cut the gelatin into 1-in. cubes. In a 3-qt. trifle bowl or serving dish, layer the strawberry gelatin, half of the cake cubes, the remaining blueberries and half of the pudding mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with blue gelatin and remaining cake cubes, strawberries and pudding mixture. Garnish with reserved berries and remaining whipped topping. Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons canola oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon molasses</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon white vinegar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1-1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose baking flour</li>
<li class="ingredient">3/4 cup cornmeal</li>
<li class="ingredient">1-1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon salt</li>

<li class="instruction">Grease an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan and sprinkle with gluten-free flour; set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine the eggs, oil, molasses, vinegar and yeast mixture. Gradually beat in the flour, cornmeal, xanthan gum and salt. Beat on low speed for 1 minute. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. (Dough will be softer than yeast bread dough with gluten.)</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to prepared pan. Smooth the top with a wet spatula. Cover and let rise in a warm place until dough reaches the top of pan, about 40 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake at 375° for 20 minutes; cover loosely with foil. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Turn oven off. Leave bread in oven with door ajar for 15 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool. Yield: 1 loaf (12 slices).</li>

<li class="instruction">Spread taco sauce over crust to within 1 in. of edges. Top with tomatoes, beans, corn, chilies, onions and cheese.</li>

<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, butter and extract. Combine the flour, sugar and salt; add to milk mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a lightly greased 8-in. nonstick skillet over medium heat; pour 2 tablespoons batter into the center of skillet. Lift and tilt pan to coat bottom evenly. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed. When cool, stack crepes with waxed paper or paper towels in between</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in water and lemon juice until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in extract and food coloring if desired. Cool. Add strawberries.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, beat the cream until stiff peaks form; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners&#8217; sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 rounded tablespoons of filling down the center of each crepe; roll up. Top with strawberry topping.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons butter, softened, divided</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup chopped green pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese</li>
</ul>

<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon olive oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon garlic salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup frozen corn, thawed</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 medium tomato, chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 green onion, cut into 1/2-inch pieces</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 teaspoon ground cumin</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 slices Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese, halved</li>
</ul>

<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, oil, garlic salt and pepper. Set aside 5 tablespoons. Pour remaining lime juice mixture into a resealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and turn to coat; let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the corn, tomato, pepper, green onion, cumin and 3 tablespoons reserved lime juice mixture. Cover and refrigerate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°, basting twice with remaining lime juice mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with cheese; grill or broil 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.</li>

<li class="instruction">Grease an 8-inch pie pan with cooking spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">Peel and slice potatoes; boil for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Saute bacon until crispy; pat dry of grease. Then, cut into small pieces or crumble by hand.</li>
<li class="instruction">Mash potatoes with hand masher or large fork.</li>
<li class="instruction">Put the potato, pepper, salt, coconut milk, and bacon in large bowl and mix well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Spread potato mixture evenly into the pie pan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top has become lightly browned.</li>

<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, syrup, butter and cinnamon. Pour batter into a plastic squirt bottle. Squeeze batter into desired letters and shapes onto a greased hot griddle. When underside is browned, turn pancakes and cook until second side is golden brown.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water and butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Serve with flapjacks.</li>
