About Melissa and Shelley
Prior to leaving their careers, Melissa taught Home Economics on the high school level for 11 years and holds a Masters Degree in Education. Melissa has been gluten-free since 2011 when she was diagnosed with Celiac disease.
Shelley has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice Cum Laud and a minor in Human Services. She was a member of the National Criminal Justice Society Zeta Pi Gamma. She spent 3 years as a substance abuse counselor educating people and giving them the tools to aid them in living a healthy lifestyle.
We are experienced teachers, authors, speakers, brand spokesperson and business consultants. We have traveled all over the country speaking on a variety of topics.
