BKW Tasty Kahuna Nugs
- 2-3 Chicken Breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons BKW (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Dash of onion salt
- Couple grinds of pepper
- Melt the butter. Mix the bread crumbs with the next 5 ingredients either in a bowl or in a large baggie. Dip the chicken pieces first into the butter and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
They were fabulous... and they were even good the next day heated up in the microwave. The Parmesan cheese really seems to help them reheat.
