Shelley and I are very excited to see so many of you interested in joining us on the journey of frugal weight loss and participating in our Frugal Weight Loss Challenge!
I am down 4 lbs (I started last Thursday). Drinking my water and exercising is the key for me! I am also counting calories right now – limiting myself to 1,200 a week. This is a great free resource that I am using.

Tips for this week:
- Measure you water out the night before to be consumed the next day.
- Add sliced cucumbers, lemons or lime to your water to help you drink the entire amount. Plus a great added detox.
- Schedule your exercise.
- Avoid temptations or pack your own snacks when you may be faced with one.
