Add all the ingredients to the ziploc bag except the chicken broth and freeze. When you are ready to use it, pull out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge overnight. In the morning add your chicken broth and the contents of the bag to the slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 6 hours. You can add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce at the end of cooking if you want.
