Instructions

  1. Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
  2. Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
  3. Place in freezer.
  4. To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
  5. Dump bag in slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
  7. Stir well and scoop over rice.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
