Slow Cooker Garlic Lemon Chicken Freezer Meal Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons or 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Place all ingredients into a freezer bag.
- Mix evenly.
- Flatten and store int he freezer.
- When ready to cook , defrost on the fridge overnight.
- Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
