5 Exercise Products You Can't Live Without
1. Flipbelt is a singular tubular belt that effortlessly holds belongings such as a phone, cards, keys, cash and more! This is the perfect option to take you from the gym to the trails to all your travels. I LOVE this belt for my runs and while out walking my dogs with the kids. So easy to put on and access. It is a great alternative to the fanny pack 🙂 From the Gym to the Trail to the Plane…the Flipbelt Keeps You Hands Free. It has mutli-access pocket openings that hold your belongings and is a sleek way to carry phones, cards, keys, cash and more! Best of all the items stay on your body but are easy to access. I love that it is machine washable and can be worn under or over clothing. It comes in 9 colors including black and retails for $28.99.
3. Contigo Autospout Addison Water Bottle, 24-Ounce - This is my go-to for drinking water. It is a great water bottle that doesn't leak. Each refill is 24 ounces so it is easy for me to count how much water I am consuming in a day.
4. Leslie Sansone DVD's - I love walking with Leslie! I have been using her DVD's for 20 years. It is a great way to get a great workout at home. With little investment she will motivate you and you will see success. Her DVD's are upbeat too. I am a fan of them because they often offer more than 1 workout in one DVD.
5. Tone Fitness Wrist/Ankle Weights - If you want to take your workout and walking to the next level I suggest that you purchase a set of weights. It will assist in building leg stamina and tone muscles. Be sure you work up to walking with the additional weight though. I like to add wrist or ankle weights after I have been working out for a month or when I hit a plateau.
If your budget doesn't allow you to purchase all of these at one time I would start with a DVD and water bottle and then add the FitBit, Ankle Weights and Flipbelt. I hope these exercise products help you as much as they have helped me!
