5 Ingredient White Chicken Verde Chili
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 15 oz cans of great northern beans, drained
- 2 cups salsa verde I used store bought
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Combine all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Place lid on and cook on low 8-10 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred and place back in slow cooker.
