Apple Crumb Pie is a classic recipe that is known as the American dessert with a twist. Whenever I have an abundance of apples I love to make this dessert for a special dinner dessert for my boys. They love apple pie but they adore the crumb topping on this pie. My family also loves when I serve vanilla bean ice cream along side this delicious Apple Crumb Pie! You can serve this wonderful apple dessert warm out of the oven or once it had cooled down.
