My mother recently made this scrumptious dish to go with our family Easter dinner. The whole family loved it! I know for the summer time I will be making this Apple Salad weekly so I can pack it to take to the pool with me. It is healthy and fulfilling. Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 6 whole apples chopped
- ½ cup cranraisins
- ½ cup grapes
- ¼ cup chopped chopped walnuts
- 3 stalks celery chopped fine
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
