Avocado Pie is so easy to make and is perfect for Cinco de Mayo! We couldn't believe it was made from avocado! It is a rich and creamy dessert that reminded me of key lime pie but not as tart. If you use a gluten free crust it would be lower in carbs and high in healthy fat!

Avocado Pie is packed full of healthy fats and tastes delicious. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo!

I love a recipe that "sneaks" a vegetable in and my husband loved this! Avocado Pie is perfect for Cinco de Mayo! With only 4 ingredients you can't beat it!

Be sure to give it a try. It would also be the perfect dessert for St Patrick's Day if you want to have a green dessert for the family. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
