Back to school is in full force! It is time to get into a fall routine. If you are like me life is hectic trying to juggle homework and after school activities. It seems like we are always on the go. The one thing that I won’t sacrifice though is a dinner at home with the family. Even if we have to eat it in shifts I prepare a home cooked dinner every night. Thursday: Slow Cooker Chili served with sour cream, shredded cheese and crackers
Sunday: Chicken Enchiladas served with lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese and avocado slices
