I wanted to share with you my Bakery On Main Oatmeal Review. I literally eat a packet of instant Bakery on Main oatmeal every single day of the week. It is a multigrain blend of chia, flax, amarath, quinoa. It is dairy free, casein free, non GMO, no wheat, no gluten, no transfat and no cholesterol however it tastes GOOD!
I have to add nothing to it! I love the Strawberry Shortcake, Apple Pie and Maple Multigrain Muffin flavors. They have under 200 calories and are ready in 60 - 90 seconds in the microwave! It is a great way to start my day.
I also often eat them for lunch or dinner now that I am enjoying a green smoothie for breakfast.
