    Baking Soda Face Scrub

Baking Soda Face Scrub? Who knew? Not me! My friend Kim told me about Baking Soda Face Scrub, and I decided to give it a shot.   I couldn't believe with only one ingredient you could naturally clean your face!

    Baking Soda Face Scrub:

All you do is take 3 tablespoon of baking soda and mix it with 1 tablespoon warm water and apply to your face in a circular motion.  Let the baking soda stay on your face for 5 minutes and wash off.  It really gave my skin a natural glow.  It is great for the winter when your skin feels dry and pale.  This can be repeated once a week.  I hope you enjoy it too!

If you would like to add a drop of Essential Oil, you can as it is great for your skin too!
