Banana Coconut Smoothie is a refreshing beverage to start your morning!

Banana Coconut Smoothie is a very refreshing beverage to start your morning. I had some bananas that were getting pretty ripe so I cut them into pieces and froze them so I could use them for smoothies or milkshakes. I love bananas and I try to eat one a day so having it in my smoothie was great. 4 ingredients is all you need to make this delicious Banana Coconut Smoothie.

Did you know you can freeze bananas?  That is a great tip for over ripe bananas or bananas that you find on managers special.

      This sounds great.
Is the coconut milk used the kind from the dairy case or the stuff in a can?

Thanks for sharing on Wholefood Blender Party. Coconut and banana are a great combination - I made something very similar, and then churned it in an ice cream maker for a scrumptious treat!
