I love starting my day with oatmeal because it fuels my body and keeps me full until lunch. With oatmeal as a base you can top it with so many variations. One particular day I added some bananas, nutmeg and honey and it was beyond delicious. - 1 cup oatmeal prepared
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon honey
- Stir nutmeg and honey in oatmeal.
- Add banana slices on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
