Banana Oatmeal Cookies are super easy and only require 2 ingredients! You can't get any easier than that! I did add some mini chocolate chips to mine but, that is because I believe everything taste better with mini chocolate chips. You could also use Enjoy Life Brand or Carob to keep these cookies clean and dairy free.
These cookies are amazing and turn out so moist and full of delicious taste. They are a great low fat, low carb, sugar free cookie! They did not last over a couple hours in my house so beware that they will go fast.
These cookies can also be gluten free if you use gluten free oats with the bananas! Did you know you can freeze bananas? That is a great tip for over ripe bananas or bananas that you find on managers special.

Perfect two ingredient cookie! Banana Oatmeal Cookies have only 2 ingredients in these healthy low carb cookies (plus chocolate chips if you want)! They are SO good and SO good for you!
- 2 large bananas
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix bananas and oatmeal in medium size bowl.
- Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Place on cooling rack, let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can add mini chocolate chips or nuts if desired. I added 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. You can use Enjoy Life brand to keep these dairy free.
