Banana Oatmeal Cookies are super easy and only require 2 ingredients! You can’t get any easier than that! I did add some mini chocolate chips to mine but, that is because I believe everything taste better with mini chocolate chips. You could also use Enjoy Life Brand or Carob to keep these cookies clean and dairy free.
These cookies are amazing and turn out so moist and full of delicious taste. They are a great low fat, low carb, sugar free cookie! They did not last over a couple hours in my house so beware that they will go fast.

These cookies can also be gluten free if you use gluten free oats with the bananas! Did you know you can freeze bananas? That is a great tip for over ripe bananas or bananas that you find on managers special.
Banana Oatmeal Cookies have only 2 ingredients in these healthy low carb cookies (plus chocolate chips if you want)! They are SO good and SO good for you!

Pinned Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Looks good!
I have what feels like a dumb question, but … Is the oatmeal dry out of the box, or is it cooked first?
Dry 🙂
Really? You just used dry oats? Rolled oats?
Yep – crazy huh?
I swear I just found you recipe here like 25 minutes ago and I am already eating by warm cookies. I too went with the chocolate chips! I usually never have ingredients but I always have bananas and oatmeal since I buy them both in bulk from Costco! Thanks for sharing!
I just made these but modified the recipe to suit the kids’ tastes. In addition to the original ingredients, I added 2 tbsp brown sugar, ~ 1 tsp cinnamon, big splash vanilla, ~ 1 tbsp spreadable butter, palmful of chopped pecans, and sprinkled salt to taste. I put them on an oiled cookie sheet and flattened them out like pancakes so they could crisp up instead of being mushy in the middle. They came out pretty tasty, the 7 yr old, teenage brother, and picky dad liked them… success 🙂
I made these cookies and added some shredded coconut, raisins and applesauce and cinnamon and they turned out amazing! Great, simple cookie with alot of flavor…family loved them.
