    Banana Peanut Butter English Muffin is a delicious carb filled treat! Perfect if you are carb cycling!!

    Banana Peanut Butter English Muffin is a perfect on-the-go breakfast meal or afternoon snack. I enjoy it with a glass of milk or orange juice. Preparing it on a whole wheat or gluten free English Muffin is a great choice too!  I love the use of cinnamon as it is perfect to regulate blood sugar!

    Banana Peanut Butter English Muffin

    Ingredients

    • 1 English Muffin toasted
    • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 banana sliced
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

    Instructions

    • Toast English Muffin.
    • Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice.
    • Arrange banana slices on top of peanut butter.
    • Sprinkle cinnamon over banana slices.
