Bananas Foster French Toast is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. I am a huge banana lover and this delicious, sweet French toast is no exception.
I pile the French toast with heaping spoons full of the banana mixture, also known as bananas foster. With the sweetness of the bananas I have no desire to put syrup on it, but of course if you want syrup you can add it too.
Next time bananas are on sale be sure to pick some extra up and try this Bananas Foster French Toast! I used this recipe for the French toast --->Cinnamon French Toast. If you have some overripe bananas this is a great recipe to use them.
This would be a delicious recipe to serve for a brunch or weekend breakfast treat. It is easy to make and is even perfect for any day of the week. A little dusted powered sugar over the top will make it look like something you would order at an expensive brunch. Bananas Foster French Toast is a family favorite breakfast recipe! Give it a try!
