I can not get enough of this BLT Dip in the summer!  It is my favorite summer appetizer and a super easy dip!  I love to make it with fresh tomatoes from my garden.

    BLT Dip

I like to serve it townhouse crackers (however any cracker is perfect).  A great tip is to bake your bacon in the oven.  It is so easy and makes the perfect bacon every single time.  Best of all it removes all of of the bacon grease.

    BLT Dip

This is a yummy low carb appetizer when served with celery or it is so tasty you can literally eat it with a fork!  I love to prepare this every summer especially when I have guests.  I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My biggest tip is to make a double batch because it will get eaten up so quickly.  This is an easy Keto Diet Friendly Recipe.

Best of all this can be a naturally gluten free food, just be sure that your ingredients are gluten free (especially the bacon) and then serve with a gluten free cracker! It is one of those recipes that feeds a large crowd and is perfect when you are going to a family reunion. You can easily showcase your own home grown tomatoes if you garden or you can cheat a big an pick them up at the local farmers market too. I promise not to tell.

Perfect for summer picnics, game day or for a party. Trust me that everyone will love this easy appetizer. Best of all you can serve it for those who are eating low carb and regular by including both celery and crackers as an accompaniment. We love this easy appetizer recipe and hope you do too! Go ahead and give it a try. The only thing you have to lose, well is nothing because it is that delicious!

You know, all I had to see was BLT and I was all over this. So often I find bacon at an insanely great price and freeze it up. It will be nice to have this in a way besides just traditional breakfast or sandwiches. 🙂

Okay, here's how I do this one. You mix the mayo & sour cream, lay down a layer of that, cover it with a layer of shredded lettuce, a layer of bacon pieces & one of diced tomatoes. You can repeat the layers. I swear it'll make you hurt yourself. It's awesome on bagel chips.
