Breakfast Fruit Salad is such a healthy breakfast or snack! Love the hint of cinnamon and is so good for you! This is a great recipe for those who are carb cycling.

Breakfast Fruit Salad is perfect for on the go! All you need is fruit, honey and cinnamon to make a fabulous breakfast. Some mornings I am rushing children out the door and need something quick and healthy!

I love the sweetness the honey gives the fruit and the cinnamon adds extra flavor and depth. So next time you are in a hurry or you just want something healthy be sure to make Breakfast Fruit Salad.  This recipe is gluten free and Paleo friendly.

I quadrupled this recipe for 4, but only added 1 T cinnamon. For us, that was still too much! You really need to finish the salad in one sitting because the bananas become brown and mushy.

It calls for 1 tsp but feel free to adjust to your desire.
